During his tenure, the Company has originated, structured and executed private placement and investment grade debt transactions in the renewable energy, media and entertainment asset classes. Prior to joining HH Capital Advisors, LLC, Mr. Halle served as President and/or Chief Executive Officer for a number of financial advisory firms specializing in creative financing and asset securitization. Mr. Halle has established a reputation as a creative and astute financier in the industry and has become well known for his ability to structure elaborate and complex financing mechanisms for various financial transactions. Mr. Halle has over 15 years experience in the investment banking industry and has been involved in the structuring and/or management of tax exempt and taxable fixed income debt. | | | Charles E. Grecco is Vice President of HH Capital Advisors, LLC and has held this position since 2003. Mr. Grecco follows a value added niche approach that is opportunistic yet disciplined. As a result, the Company has bolstered relationships with a wide range of financial institutions and rating agencies. Mr. Grecco"s primary role is to structure and develop effective financial and risk management solutions to promising business opportunities. Mr. Grecco has over 15 years of operational and marketing management experience with three national financial institutions. Prior to joining HH Capital Advisors, LLC, Mr. Grecco held various executive and management positions with American International Group (AIG) and an affiliate of General Electric Company (GE), both for whom he directly developed and successfully managed multi-million dollar specialty portfolios. Mr. Grecco holds a Master of Business Administration degree.
